Event Project Manager (Multiple Openings)

Games For Love is seeking multiple Event Project Managers to help plan, coordinate, and execute engaging events that support our mission. In this leadership volunteer role, you will work with cross-functional teams to organize virtual and in-person initiatives, build community partnerships, and help deliver memorable experiences that raise awareness and support for children in need.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys event planning, collaboration, and bringing ideas to life from concept to execution.

Plan, coordinate, and execute Games For Love events and community initiatives.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful event planning and execution.

Identify and build relationships with sponsors, partners, and community organizations.

Coordinate event logistics, timelines, and volunteer support.

Track event progress and communicate updates to leadership.

Help identify opportunities to improve future events and participant experiences.

Represent Games For Love professionally while engaging with partners, sponsors, and attendees.

Started in 2018, Games For Love is a nonprofit dedicated to easing suffering, saving lives, and creating sustainable futures for children through technology and gaming. We serve over 3 million hospitalized children annually across all 50 states and 11 countries.
