GFLX hospital outreach

As the GFLX Hospital Outreach Manager, you will help expand Games For Love’s hospital programs by building and maintaining relationships with pediatric hospitals across the country. You’ll introduce gaming-based distraction therapy solutions, coordinate equipment outreach, and support the implementation of innovative gaming tools that bring comfort and joy to hospitalized children.

This leadership volunteer role is ideal for someone passionate about healthcare outreach, gaming for good, and creating meaningful partnerships that directly impact young patients.

Proactively reach out to children’s hospitals to schedule consultations introducing gaming-based distraction therapy and normalization tools.

Guide hospital partners through equipment request processes, ensuring donated consoles and gaming resources are delivered smoothly.

Present and coordinate demos of new and innovative products (e.g., therapeutic games, VR experiences, updated gaming carts).

Manage onboarding for hospitals joining the GFLX “Map Project” (WereGiving.com / WereGiving.org), including scheduling and coordination.

Coordinate media collection efforts by working with hospital staff to gather approved photos and videos that showcase program impact.

Serve as a primary liaison for hospital partners—maintaining communication, answering questions, and gathering feedback.

Track outreach efforts and ensure consistent follow-up with participating institutions.
