Key responsibilities
- Lead NEXT ERP integration with existing systems and processes across departments.
- Work with stakeholders to understand integration requirements and workflows, and develop strategies and timelines.
- Resolve technical issues during integration and provide ongoing software support with minimal operational disruption.
- Monitor integrated systems and proactively troubleshoot performance issues.
- Maintain and update NEXT ERP; assess new software updates for relevance to company operations.
- Use user feedback and industry practices to identify and implement process improvements.
- Design and develop applications, digitize workflows, and automate repetitive tasks in line with business and user needs.
- Train employees on software features and integration processes.
- Maintain integration procedures, user guides, and other documentation, and help departments adapt to new workflows.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in ERP software integration and management.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems such as NEXT ERP, software applications, and integration methodologies.
- Programming and application development proficiency; examples listed are Java, C#, and Python.
- Experience with database management and data migration processes.
- Strong problem-solving and technical troubleshooting ability.
- Communication and interpersonal skills for working with departments.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
