Sales Coordinator

Sales Support
- Assist the sales team in daily operations, including managing schedules, preparing sales reports, and tracking sales performance.
- Coordinate and prepare sales presentations, proposals, and contracts for clients.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
Customer Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and support requests.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Follow up on leads and assist in nurturing prospects through the sales pipeline.
Order Processing
- Coordinate the processing of sales orders and ensure timely delivery of products/services.
- Collaborate with the production team to manage inventory, fulfil customer orders, and ensure product availability.
- Monitor order status and communicate updates to clients.
Cross-Departmental Coordination
- Facilitate communication between the sales team, production, and other departments (e.g., logistics, finance, marketing) to ensure alignment on goals and priorities.
- Work with external partners and suppliers to streamline operations and enhance service delivery.
- Organize and participate in interdepartmental meetings to discuss sales forecasts, production schedules, and inventory management.
Sales Reporting And Analysis
- Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for management review.
- Analyse sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Assist in setting sales targets and tracking progress against goals.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Organize and coordinate sales meetings, training sessions, and events.
- Support the sales team in developing marketing strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Ensure clear and consistent communication across all teams involved in the sales process.
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
