  • Coordinate with customs and clearing agents, track shipments end to end, and escalate delays.

Regulatory liaison

  • Coordinate Dubai Municipality trade licence renewals, food import permits, health and hygiene certifications, facility inspections, and approvals.
  • Maintain Halal certification, food safety permit, and warehouse licensing records and track renewal deadlines.
  • Use Dubai Trade and Mirsal portals for permit applications and clearances.

Payments and coordination

  • Follow up on customer receivables, maintain invoice ageing reports, and escalate overdue or high-risk accounts.
  • Coordinate cash and cheque deposits, reconcile daily collections against sales, and maintain petty cash records.
  • Coordinate between warehouse, sales, and finance teams and support ad hoc operational and reporting requirements.

Requirements

  • A valid UAE driving licence is mandatory.
  • Two to five years of logistics, supply chain, or MIS/reporting experience; FMCG, frozen food, or food trading experience is preferred.
  • Strong MS Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and dashboards; ERP and inventory systems familiarity is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of UAE customs procedures and experience liaising with Dubai Municipality or similar regulatory bodies.
  • Basic understanding of trade finance, receivables management, and banking procedures.
  • Good English communication skills; Arabic or Hindi is a plus. Organized, deadline-driven, and comfortable managing multiple reporting cycles.

Preferred qualifications

  • Dubai Trade or other customs/trade portal familiarity is preferred.
  • Vehicle fleet or third-party transport vendor management experience is preferred.

Pay
