Production Manager - Powder Coating

Production oversight
- Manage daily powder coating division operations and meet production schedules efficiently.
- Develop production plans aligned with company goals and customer demand.
- Monitor production metrics and workflows to optimize performance and minimize downtime.
Quality control
- Establish and maintain quality standards for powder coating processes and finished products.
- Implement quality control procedures and conduct regular inspections.
- Address quality issues promptly and develop corrective actions.
Team leadership
- Supervise and mentor production staff, promoting safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Conduct staff training and performance evaluations.
- Promote open communication and collaboration within the team.
Health and safety
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies in the production area.
- Conduct safety audits and training, and implement initiatives to reduce workplace hazards.
Inventory and resources
- Manage raw-material and supply inventory and coordinate with suppliers on timely delivery and material quality.
- Monitor production costs and identify cost-reduction and efficiency improvements.
Continuous improvement
- Analyze production processes and lead process optimization and waste-reduction initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and powder coating technology.
Compensation
- The posting lists pay of AED 3,000–5,000 per month.

- Work location is in person.
