The Role

As our

Social Media Marketing Specialist

, you will own our social media presence across all major platforms.

You will split your time between developing global brand content and running targeted campaigns tailored to investors, property buyers, and design enthusiasts in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

  • **Content Creation:**
  • Script, shoot, and edit high-quality short-form video content (Instagram Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) showcasing our luxury design projects and site handovers.
  • **Bilingual Copywriting:**
  • Write engaging, high-converting captions and copy fluently in both

English

and

Russian

  • .
  • **Community Management:**
  • Actively engage with followers, respond to comments, and manage direct messages (DMs) in both languages to convert inquiries into design leads.
  • **Platform Management:**
  • Manage daily scheduling, publishing, and optimization across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Pinterest.
  • **Trend Jacking:**
  • Stay on top of viral audio, visual trends, and real estate/design industry news in both the UAE and CIS digital spaces.
  • **Performance Tracking:**
  • Analyze monthly social media metrics (engagement, reach, lead generation) and adjust content strategies accordingly.

What We Are Looking For

  • **Language Mastery:**
  • Native or C2-level proficiency in

Russian

and professional fluency in

English

  • is mandatory.
  • **Dubai Experience:**
  • Minimum 2+ years of hands-on social media management experience, ideally within the Dubai market.
  • **Industry Portfolio:**
  • Prior experience creating content for
  • Interior Design, Architecture, Luxury Real Estate, or Premium Lifestyle
  • brands is highly preferred.
  • **Technical Skills:**
  • Expert-level skills in mobile video editing apps (CapCut, VN) and visual design tools (Canva, Photoshop).
  • **On-Camera Confidence:**
  • Comfortable going on-camera occasionally to host property walkthroughs, interview designers, or present behind-the-scenes content.
