The Role

We are seeking a high-energy and strategic Business Development Manager to spearhead our growth in the Dubai and wider GCC markets.

You will be responsible for identifying high-value opportunities, nurturing relationships with Ultra-High-Net-Worth Individuals (UHNWI), and establishing partnerships with key developers and architects.

Key Responsibilities

**Strategic Growth:**
Develop and execute a business development strategy tailored to the luxury residential and hospitality sectors in Dubai.
**Lead Generation:**
Identify and pursue new project leads through networking, industry events, and strategic research.
**Client Relationship Management:**
Build and maintain long-term relationships with private clients, real estate brokers, and industry stakeholders.
**Pitch & Proposal Leadership:**
Lead the preparation of bespoke project proposals and presentations, collaborating closely with the design team.
**Market Representation:**
Act as a brand ambassador for KATZ at exclusive events and industry forums across the UAE.

Qualifications

Proven track record in Business Development or Sales within the
luxury interior design
, fit-out, or high-end real estate industry in the UAE.
An existing network of contacts among developers, architects, and high-end residential clients.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in English and Russian is essential.
A valid UAE driving license.
