Graphic Designer

Overview

Responsibilities

• Create professional client presentations for interior design projects
• Design and maintain a consistent visual style across all company materials
• Develop templates for:
• commercial proposals
• quotations
• presentations
• specification documents
• internal documents
• Prepare and professionally layout moodboards and material presentations
• Update and maintain company portfolio materials
• Assist the design team with graphic support for project documentation and communication
• Organize and structure visual content in a clean and premium way
• Improve workflow efficiency using modern AI and design tools

Requirements

• Strong graphic design and layout skills
• Excellent taste and understanding of luxury / premium aesthetics
• Experience creating presentations and visual storytelling materials
• Advanced knowledge of:
• Adobe InDesign
• Photoshop
• Illustrator

• PowerPoint / Keynote

• Strong understanding of typography, composition, spacing and visual hierarchy
• Ability to work within an established corporate identity and brand language
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain a polished visual standard
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

• AI / Modern Tools

• The ideal candidate should actively use modern AI tools in their workflow, including:
• AI image generation tools
• AI-assisted presentation and layout tools
• ChatGPT and AI productivity tools
• Midjourney / Stable Diffusion / Flux / similar platforms
• Ability to integrate AI efficiently while maintaining high visual quality and consistency
• Nice to Have
• Experience working with architecture or interior design studios
• Understanding of furniture, materials and luxury interiors
• Experience with Figma
• Basic motion graphics or animation skills
• Work Format
• Remote work at the initial stage
• Regular online meetings with the team
• Daily communication through work messengers
• Close collaboration with interior designers and creative direction team
• Potential transition to a hybrid or office-based format in Dubai in the future
