The Role

As our Business Development Manager, your core mission is to win high-value interior design and fit-out contracts across Dubai.

This is a sector-agnostic, multi-lingual growth role.

You will build relationships with property developers, corporate clients, luxury homeowners, and brokers from all global backgrounds to fill our design pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

**Project Acquisition**
: Identify and secure new high-end residential, commercial, or hospitality interior design projects across Dubai.
**Lead Generation**
: Build a robust pipeline of incoming projects by networking with real estate brokers, developers, project managers, and asset owners.
**Client Pitching**
: Present our design portfolio, concept pitches, and commercial proposals confidently to diverse, multinational clients.
**Tender Management**
: Lead the commercial bidding process, coordinate with our creative design team, and negotiate contracts to closure.
**Market Mapping**
: Stay ahead of Dubai's real estate trends, newly handed-over communities, and commercial developments to spot early design opportunities.
**Relationship Management**
: Maintain deep industry relationships to ensure our studio is the top choice for upcoming renovations and fit-outs.

What We Are Looking For

**Dubai Market Expertise**
: Minimum 3+ years of proven business development experience specifically within the Dubai Interior Design, Fit-Out, or Architecture sectors.
**Established Network**
: A strong, existing network of local developers, real estate brokers, project management consultants (PMCs), or commercial real estate agents.
**Global Communicator**
: Professional fluency in English and Russian languages is mandatory.
Multi-lingual skills are a massive advantage.
**Industry Knowledge**
: Deep understanding of the interior design lifecycle, fit-out costs, and Dubai regulatory/approvals processes (DED, Dubai Municipality, Civil Defence, etc.).
**Core Traits**
: Exceptional presentation skills, a sophisticated aesthetic eye, and a proven track record of hitting sales targets.
