Role Description
We are seeking a highly organized and strategic
Procurement Manager
to join our team in Dubai.
You will lead the end-to-end procurement process for
Katz Interiors
, sourcing high-end materials for ultra-luxury residential and commercial projects.
This is a mid-senior level role for a candidate who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a keen eye for quality, cost-efficiency, and global logistics.
Key Responsibilities
- **Global Sourcing:**
- Identify and evaluate premium suppliers for luxury FF&E, finishes, and technical aviation components across Europe, Italy, and beyond.
- **Negotiation & Contract Management:**
- Lead complex negotiations to secure favourable terms, pricing, and quality standards for all purchase orders.
- **Project Alignment:**
- Collaborate with designers and project managers to create detailed procurement schedules that align with project timelines and BOQs (Bill of Quantities).
- **Logistics & Delivery:**
- Oversee international shipments, customs clearance, and delivery scheduling to ensure all materials arrive on-site damage-free and on time.
- **Budget Oversight:**
- Track procurement costs against project budgets, providing regular reports to senior leadership.
Requirements
- **Experience:**
- 5+ years of experience in procurement, ideally within
- luxury interior design
- , high-end real estate, or the aviation sector.
- **Languages:**
- Professional fluency in Russian and English is mandatory.
- You must be able to negotiate and manage documentation in both languages.
- **Technical Skills:**
- Strong proficiency in
- ERP systems
- and advanced
Excel
- (pivot tables, cost analysis).
- **Education:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **Mindset:**
- A "hands-on" approach with exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining luxury brand standards.
