Requirements
- 10 years of social media management experience and 10 years in travel, tourism, hospitality, or a related industry.

Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the company's social media accounts and platforms.
- Develop monthly content calendars aligned with the marketing strategy.
- Create, design, and publish posts, stories, reels, videos, and promotional campaigns.
- Write brand-aligned captions and marketing copy.
- Promote travel packages, holiday offers, hotel deals, flight offers, and tourism products.
- Monitor comments, messages, audience engagement, and social media trends.
- Coordinate with Sales and Operations to confirm offers, prices, and package details are accurate and approved.
- Track performance, analyze engagement metrics, and prepare regular reports.
- Identify opportunities to increase followers, engagement, website traffic, and qualified customer inquiries.
- Follow social media trends, competitor activity, digital marketing practices, company policies, brand guidelines, and management approvals.
