Requirements
- Four years of experience as an Accountant is required.
- Arabic is required.
- A bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
- Previous General Accountant experience is sought; travel and tourism experience is described as an advantage here.
- Knowledge of UAE VAT regulations is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software is required; Odoo knowledge is an advantage.
- Strong analytical skills, accuracy, and attention to detail are required.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily sales, purchases, payments, and receipts.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable.
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.
- Monitor supplier payments and booking-related financial transactions.
- Assist with monthly financial reports, VAT, and tax documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company financial policies and UAE regulations.
Experience
- The experience section specifies four years as an Accountant and four years in travel and tourism as required.
