Requirements
- Previous experience in travel, tourism, hospitality, or sales, including customer-facing sales experience.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet sales targets, follow up, and convert leads.
- Knowledge of travel products and destinations is an advantage.
- English proficiency is required; additional languages are advantageous.
- Good computer skills and familiarity with CRM or booking systems.
- Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong work ethic.
Experience and language
- Two years of travel, tourism, or hospitality experience in Dubai is required.
- Arabic is required.
Work location
- Work is in person in Dubai.
Responsibilities
- Perform customer-facing sales work in the travel, tourism, or hospitality sector.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into sales.
- Work toward sales targets while providing customer service and building relationships.
