Requirements and qualifications
- Previous customer support or travel consultant experience in travel and tourism is requested.
- Three years of customer support experience and three years of travel and tourism experience are required.
- The qualifications say Arabic speakers only, but the language section lists Arabic as preferred.
- Additional languages are an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving, listening, conflict-resolution, and complaint-handling skills are requested.
- Applicants should be comfortable managing multiple inquiries under pressure and meeting response-time targets.
- Good computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems or booking platforms are requested.
- Organization, attention to detail, follow-up discipline, accountability, and a customer-first mindset are expected.
- Dubai location is required, and the work location is in person.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inquiries through phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other channels.
- Assist with flight bookings, hotel reservations, holiday packages, and other travel services.
- Provide accurate information about bookings, payments, cancellations, amendments, and travel requirements.
- Resolve complaints professionally and coordinate with internal departments on customer issues.
- Follow up on pending requests and provide timely updates.
- Maintain customer records and update interactions in the company system.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and service standards; escalate complex or unresolved cases.
- Maintain a professional, positive, customer-oriented attitude.
