Manage and grow the brand’s digital presence in the beauty and professional cosmetics industry.
Plan engaging content, build audience engagement, and support brand and marketing goals.
Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Manage a monthly content calendar aligned with campaigns and promotions.
- Coordinate with design and marketing teams on photos, videos, reels, and stories.
- Monitor trends and keep content fresh and relevant.
- Respond to comments and messages and manage online community engagement.
- Coordinate influencer and content creator collaborations and campaigns.
- Track performance metrics and prepare reports with insights and recommendations.
- Support paid social campaigns and maintain brand consistency across channels.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Two to four years of social media management experience; beauty, cosmetics, fashion, or retail experience is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and analytics tools.
- Experience with content creation and editing tools such as Canva, CapCut, or Adobe.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in Arabic and English.
- Creative mindset, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 3,000–5,000 per month.
