The role trains and inspires salon professionals, beauty advisors, and sales teams to get the best results from the company's skincare range.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver product and skincare training to retail teams and customers.
- Conduct product demonstrations, workshops, and in-store or on-site training sessions.
- Educate clients on skin types, concerns, ingredients, and treatment routines.
- Support sales teams and customers with product knowledge and recommendations.
- Share training needs and customer insights with management.
Requirements
- Fluent Arabic is a priority and Arabic is listed as required.
- A valid UAE driving license is a priority and is listed as required.
- Proven experience as a skincare trainer, educator, beauty consultant, or similar is required.
- Strong knowledge of skincare products, skin types, and treatments is required.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills are required.
- Good English is requested; additional languages are a plus.
Nice to have
- A beauty therapy or skincare qualification is a nice-to-have.
- Experience with professional or salon-based skincare brands is a nice-to-have.
Pay
- Pay is AED 8,000–10,000 per month.
Work location
- The role's work location is in person.
