Project Executive
Role Overview
Lead customer projects from the initial brief to the first production run, ensuring delivery on time, within scope and within budget.

Job Purpose
Lead customer projects from the initial brief to the first production run, ensuring delivery on time, within scope and within budget.
Follow up after launch to secure repeat orders.
Reports to the General Manager in the Projects department.
Key Responsibilities
- Review project briefs, guide customers in finalizing them, and study feasibility including MOQ, pricing and lead time.
- Set project milestones and lead regular project meetings.
- Start the NPD process and coordinate with R&D, QC, sourcing, regulatory and accounts.
- Arrange samples, mock-ups and pre-production approvals before mass production.
- Ensure each project meets quality, cost and regulatory requirements.
- Complete handover reports, artwork and BOMs, and finalize selling price, MOQ and lead time.
- Confirm the first order and hand over to the sales coordinator for order processing.
- Keep project status reports up to date and report weekly to customers and the General Manager.
- Carry out post-project evaluations to secure repeat orders.
- Analyze market trends and competitors, and suggest new product developments.
- Suggest improvements to project tools and SOPs.
- Follow GMP guidelines, keep accurate records, and keep company and customer information confidential.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, Engineering or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in project management or coordination, preferably in cosmetics, FMCG or private label manufacturing.
- Knowledge of NPD processes, GMP and regulatory requirements.
- Strong planning, communication and follow-up skills.
- Good command of MS Office and project tracking tools.
Pay
- AED 5,000.00 - AED 7,000.00 per month.
Work Location
- In person, Sharjah, UAE.
