Who We Are

Platform and Content Ownership

• Manage FundedNext's presence across X, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Discord, Telegram, Reddit, and trading forums.
• Set posting cadence, content approach, and engagement strategy independently.
• Develop platform-specific content approaches and posts tailored to each audience and culture.
• Schedule and publish content with consistent brand voice and creative direction.

Community Engagement and Performance

• Lead moderation across Discord, Telegram, Reddit, and trading forums.
• Enforce guidelines, manage member behavior, and maintain safe, positive environments.
• Interact with audiences through comments, direct messages, reactions, and discussions.
• Resolve sensitive interactions using sound judgment and escalate high-risk cases.
• Track reach, impressions, engagement rate, follower growth, response time, and active member counts.
• Translate performance insights into actionable recommendations.

Campaigns and AI Tools

• Execute social and community campaigns end to end, coordinate assets, and ensure timely delivery.
• Stay current on AI-driven content creation and community management workflows.
• Use tools such as ChatGPT or Midjourney to improve efficiency and output quality.

Must Have

• 2-3 years independently managing social media and/or community platforms.
• A strong portfolio showing platform ownership, content creation, and campaign execution.
• Hands-on experience with Discord, Telegram, X, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Reddit, or trading forums.
• Familiarity with Publer, Emplifi, or PostBridge and platform-native analytics tools.
• Demonstrated ability to moderate communities and enforce guidelines.

Strong Plus

• Exposure to fintech, prop trading, or trading communities.
• Meta Social Media Marketing, HubSpot Social Media, or Google Analytics certifications.
• Experience using ChatGPT or Midjourney for content ideation and creation.

Application Process

• The process includes an HR interview, a session with Talent Acquisition and the Social Lead, and a final interview with the Head of Department and Talent Acquisition Lead.
