The specialist negotiates with Western influencers and high-value affiliate partners to secure strategic collaborations.
The role supports expansion and strengthening of the affiliate partner network.
Responsibilities
- Lead negotiation meetings with Western influencers and high-value affiliate prospects.
- Review pre-meeting briefs, typically provided 24 hours in advance, with affiliate background, context, and strategic parameters.
- Prepare strategies with walk-away points and target outcomes; negotiate within approved commercial terms.
- Document outcomes and hand off closed deals to Partner Management for ongoing relationship management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Marketing, Communications, International Relations, or a related field.
- Open to interns, fresh graduates, and early-career candidates with strong potential.
- Excellent coordination, negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills; confidently engage with high-value partners and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Prepare and execute strategies from briefs and commercial parameters; strong attention to detail, documentation, and handover capabilities.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficient in spoken and written English.
