An experienced Skincare Trainer is sought for a cosmetics retail team in the UAE.
Responsibilities
- Conduct product and skincare training for retail sales teams.
- Train staff on products, ingredients, benefits, usage, and suitable skin types.
- Deliver workshops, training sessions, and product demonstrations.
- Teach skincare consultations and suitable product recommendations.
- Cover product features, unique selling points, application techniques, and brand standards.
- Support product knowledge, customer engagement, and sales performance.
- Track skincare trends, ingredients, products, and industry developments.
- Prepare training materials, presentations, product guides, and assessments.
- Assess staff and provide feedback.
- Coordinate with retail and brand teams on consistent store communications.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Skincare Trainer, Beauty Trainer, Brand Trainer, or Senior Beauty Advisor in cosmetics or beauty retail.
- Strong knowledge of skincare products, ingredients, skin types, and routines; cosmetics retail experience is essential.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, confidence with demonstrations and training, and understanding of customer service and sales.
- Ability to travel between retail stores in the UAE.
- Arabic and English communication skills are advantageous.
Preferred qualifications
- Beauty or skincare certification or a relevant professional qualification is preferred.
- Premium or international cosmetics brand experience is preferred.
- Experience training multicultural retail teams is preferred.
Pay
- Pay is AED 8,000–10,000 per month.

- Work location is in person.
