Pre-Make Ready
- Help in preparing RM / ORM on the machine.
Start Up / Job Setting
- Ensure that the Raw Materials are fed in the barrels.
- Ensure that all ORM are near the machine (cores, air bubbles etc.).
- Help in preparing the machine according to PCC and Job Factory Ticket.
Job Production
- Checks & loads various RM/ORM around the clock.
- Prepares pallets and packing material around the clock.
- Handles the packing, unloading, palletizing, weighing and transferring of finished rolls.
- Acquires all needed paperwork & materials from related sections.
- Disposes of generated waste.
- Assists Team leader, Lead operator and operator upon request.
- Reports any quality defects to QC, Team Leader, Lead Operator and operator.
- Assists the operator to reach the KPI target.
Skills
- Controlling equipment.
- Watching gauges, dials, or other indicators to make sure a machine is working properly.
Knowledge and Abilities
- Machines and tools.
- Basic English communication skills.
