Job Summary
Assist and learn from higher-level engineers in the installation, commissioning, start-up, and testing of industrial facilities, equipment, and processes.
Oversee daily work progress for assigned tasks and report to the project team.
Territorial scope covers all NAPCO Flexible Packaging affiliates in KSA and any future territory.
Job Responsibilities and Duties
- Understand project objectives and deliverables from the senior head.
- Assist the project management team in setting the project plan.
- Review on-hand material and request required material after Section Head approval.
- Coordinate with Lead Technicians and contractors to complete assigned projects per timeframe, budget, and quality standards.
- Report project progress, team working hours, and attendance.
- Recommend changes to preset plans to Lead Technicians after Section Head approval.
- Implement safety and health requirements per relevant codes, standards, and directives.
- Perform installation of industrial machines and related ancillary equipment.
- Perform and supervise electrical/mechanical work related to industrial facilities including medium voltage, low voltage, power distribution, cabling, electrical safety, and lighting.
- Perform and oversee loading/unloading of industrial equipment for shipping, verify packing lists, check equipment, and report damage for insurance coverage.
- Ensure all project deliverables are completed and ready for handover.
Requirements
- Willingness to assist and learn from higher-level engineers in installation, commissioning, start-up, and testing of industrial facilities, equipment, and processes.
- Ability to understand project objectives and deliverables from the senior head.
- Ability to coordinate with Lead Technicians and contractors to complete projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
- Ability to implement safety and health requirements per relevant codes, standards, and directives.
