Position is for Saudi National only.
Effective daily coordination with the superior to optimize stock management and daily goods shipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor daily output report from plant and finished-goods inventory to ensure availability of goods for shipment.
- Request and arrange the required transportation for goods shipment.
- Follow up on the biweekly CSD meeting.
- Foster the learning and development of team members through specific career development plans and trainings.
- Evaluate team members' performance through motivational and challenging incentive schemes.
Requirements
- Saudi National only
- Ability to coordinate daily with a superior on stock management and goods shipment
- Ability to monitor daily output reports from plant and finished-goods inventory
- Ability to request and arrange required transportation for goods shipment
- Ability to foster learning and development of team members through career development plans and trainings
