Job Description
Position is for Saudi Nationals only, including special needs candidates.
Role supports machine preparation and production as a Skilled Helper.
Responsibilities
- Pre-Make ready: help prepare raw materials and other raw materials on the machine.
- Start Up/Job Setting: ensure raw materials are fed in the barrels.
- Ensure all other raw materials are near the machine, including cores and air bubbles.
- Help prepare the machine according to PCC and Job Factory Ticket.
- Job Production: check and load various raw materials around the clock.
- Prepare pallets and packing material around the clock.
- Handle packing, unloading, palletizing, weighing, and transferring of finished rolls.
- Acquire needed paperwork and materials from related sections.
- Dispose of generated waste.
- Assist Team Leader, Lead Operator, and Operator upon request.
- Report quality defects to QC, Team Leader, Lead Operator, and Operator.
- Assist the operator to reach the KPI target.
Skills and Knowledge
- Controlling equipment.
- Watching gauges, dials, or other indicators to make sure a machine is working properly.
- Knowledge of machines and tools.
