Role Overview
Oversee interior fit-out projects, manage site activities, and ensure quality workmanship and timely completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site activities and ensure work follows drawings and specifications.
- Manage site workers, subcontractors, and manpower allocation.
- Oversee finishing works including partitions, ceilings, flooring, painting, and joinery.
- Monitor work progress, quality standards, and project timelines.
- Coordinate with project engineers, site teams, and subcontractors.
- Ensure materials and resources are available as required.
- Maintain site safety standards and proper housekeeping.
- Report daily progress, site issues, and delays to project management.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of UAE experience in interior fit-out and finishing works.
- Strong knowledge of site supervision, workforce management, and fit-out execution.
- Ability to read and understand drawings and project specifications.
- Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple site activities and meet project deadlines.
