Key responsibilities
- Manage and supervise daily site activities for interior fit-out projects.
- Coordinate architectural finishes, civil works, and MEP activities.
- Review drawings, specifications, and material requirements.
- Coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Monitor progress against project schedules.
- Conduct site inspections and maintain quality and safety standards.
- Prepare site reports, material requests, inspection requests, and project documentation.
- Resolve site-related technical issues and coordinate corrective actions.
Requirements
- 4–5 years of UAE experience in interior fit-out projects; the posting separately specifies four years of interior experience as required.
- Strong knowledge of architectural finishes, civil works, and MEP coordination.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage site activities and meet project deadlines.
Salary and benefits
