Seeking a Recruitment Specialist with hands-on talent acquisition and candidate sourcing experience.
The role is based in Dubai, UAE.
Key responsibilities
- Source suitable candidates through various channels.
- Screen and shortlist candidates against job requirements.
- Understand and manage client requirements; communicate with clients about vacancies and candidate profiles.
- Handle 2–3 recruitment roles daily and coordinate candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain a strong, updated candidate database.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Strong CV sourcing and candidate screening skills; good understanding of recruitment processes.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills; ability to understand client requirements and manage multiple roles.
- Recruitment agency or consultancy experience is an added advantage.
