Full-time Director role leading and developing an Executive Search and Bulk Recruitment division in Dubai.
The role focuses on recruitment delivery, business growth, client relationships, and building a profitable recruitment business.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Executive Search and Bulk Recruitment division and manage end-to-end recruitment delivery.
- Develop new business and strengthen client relationships.
- Build and maintain networks of overseas recruitment agents and sourcing partners.
- Oversee recruitment operations, team performance, and delivery targets.
- Manage revenue, profitability, and P&L performance; develop recruitment strategies to meet client demand.
- Ensure compliance with UAE recruitment practices, visa procedures, and onboarding requirements.
- Build, mentor, and lead the recruitment team; drive growth through effective planning and execution.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of UAE/GCC recruitment experience and at least 3 years of team leadership or recruitment management experience.
- Proven Executive Search and Bulk Recruitment experience.
- Established overseas recruitment agent and sourcing partner network.
- Strong recruitment delivery, business development, and client management experience.
- Ability to manage revenue targets, profitability, and P&L responsibilities.
- Knowledge of UAE visa, onboarding, and recruitment processes.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and decision-making skills.
- CIPD or SHRM certification is an added advantage.

- AED 20,000–25,000 per month.
