The Site Engineer - Landscaping will oversee and supervise day-to-day site activities for construction projects.

Responsibilities
- Supervise hardscape execution, including paving, kerbs, pergolas, and water features.
- Supervise softscape execution, including planting, turfing, and soil preparation.
- Review landscape drawings, shop drawings, and specifications, and resolve site queries with consultants and design teams.
- Oversee irrigation installation, testing, and commissioning.
- Monitor progress against schedule and manage subcontractors and manpower.
- Inspect soil, plants, pavers, and irrigation components; perform quality checks and follow up on snags, NCRs, and IRFs.
- Coordinate with MEP and civil teams to avoid clashes.
- Ensure HSE compliance and maintain daily reports, progress photos, and as-built records.
- Support method statements and RFIs, participate in client and consultant inspections, and join handover.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Landscape Engineering, Horticulture, or a related field.
- 3–7 years of site execution experience in landscape projects covering softscape and hardscape, preferably in the UAE or GCC.
- Contracting firm experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of regional plant species, drip or sprinkler irrigation systems, and hardscape materials.
- A UAE driving license is preferred.
