The Technical Manager leads the technical function for landscape and swimming pool projects.
The role ensures designs, drawings, and technical documentation are accurate, buildable, and compliant with UAE regulations and client specifications.

Responsibilities
- Lead the technical department for landscape and swimming pool construction projects from design review through execution.
- Review, validate, and approve technical drawings, shop drawings, and construction details before site issue.
- Coordinate with design consultants, architects, and MEP teams to resolve technical discrepancies.
- Manage and mentor technical engineers, draftsmen, and BIM coordinators or modelers; allocate work based on priorities and deadlines.
- Oversee BIM modeling and coordination for hardscape, softscape, pool mechanical and hydraulics, and irrigation scopes.
- Ensure clash detection and coordination among landscape, pool, MEP, and structural BIM models.
- Ensure works meet approved specifications, international standards, and UAE pool safety codes.
- Review contractor and subcontractor submittals, material specifications, and method statements for landscape and pool works.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Landscape Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- 10+ years of landscape and swimming pool project experience, including 3–5 years in a technical management role.
- Proven experience within a contracting firm in the UAE.
- Strong working knowledge of BIM software such as Revit and Navisworks and coordination workflows.
- Knowledge of UAE regulatory and municipal approval processes for landscape and pool works.
- Strong leadership skills and proven experience managing technical or BIM teams.
