Oversee and coordinate infrastructure works to meet approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and agreed timelines.
Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise infrastructure project activities and site execution.
- Manage roads, earthworks, drainage, sewerage, stormwater, and wet and dry utility works.
- Review drawings, specifications, method statements, and project requirements.
- Coordinate project teams, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, surveyors, and authorities.
- Monitor progress, schedule, manpower, equipment, materials, and site risks.
- Ensure compliance with QA/QC, HSE, approved materials, and project requirements.
- Coordinate inspections and submissions; prepare progress, material, inspection, as-built, and handover documentation.
- Verify quantities and completed works; coordinate corrective action and prevent utility clashes and rework.
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- 5–9 years of relevant experience in infrastructure construction projects.
- Proven execution experience in roads, drainage, sewerage, stormwater, and wet/dry utilities.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, drawings, technical specifications, and quality requirements.
- Experience coordinating with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams.
- Understanding of planning, progress monitoring, and site documentation.
- Infrastructure contracting or construction company experience is strongly preferred.
- UAE infrastructure project experience is preferred.
