Role overview
The Hostess is the first point of contact for clients, investors, business partners and VIP guests.
The role focuses on a welcoming visitor experience, professional hospitality and sales-centre support.
Guest relations and hospitality
- Welcome clients, visitors, investors and VIP guests; provide a courteous experience from arrival to departure.
- Answer visitor enquiries and direct guests to the appropriate sales representatives or departments.
- Maintain the reception and waiting area, offer refreshments and ensure guests are comfortable.
- Coordinate with the sales team to support client interactions and appointments.
Front desk and sales gallery
- Manage visitor registrations and accurate guest records; handle incoming calls and general enquiries professionally.
- Coordinate appointments and visitor schedules and support daily sales-gallery front desk operations.
- Maintain high standards of presentation, grooming and customer service.
- Assist with sales events, VIP visits and promotional activities when required.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; spoken English fluency is essential.
- Professional grooming and a pleasant personality; confidence interacting with clients, senior executives and VIP guests.
- Strong customer service orientation, attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in hospitality, guest relations, front office, reception, luxury retail or customer service is advantageous.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.

- The role is based at the Sharjah Sales Centre in Sharjah, UAE.
