Knowledge and qualification
- Knowledge area: Construction Management.
- Minimum qualification: Program in Project Management Level 1.
Job responsibilities
- Review drawings, project specifications, standards, and work schedules; prepare material, tool, equipment, and machinery lists.
- Monitor manpower utilization, material consumption, safety norms, and quality standards.
- Coordinate cage fabrication, pile casting, BBS preparation, and reconciliation.
- Conduct safety briefings and toolbox talks; coordinate with departments for work execution.
- Report daily progress to management and client representatives; delegate tasks and organize construction materials.
- Negotiate vendor contracts; inspect prospective sites, gather data, and prepare site reports and other documentation.
- Assess project feasibility, provide approval, and prepare construction budget estimates.
- Give technical advice, diagnose and resolve technical difficulties, and ensure health, safety, and legal compliance.
Requirements
- 6–12 years of required experience.
- Minimum qualification: Program in Project Management Level 1.
