Requirements and qualification

Precast quality responsibilities
- Coordinate with project, site, cluster, and QC teams to achieve quality benchmarks; enforce standardized benchmarks and method statements.
- Apply QA/QC criteria for precast yards and site installation; conduct compliance audits and training.
- Build and share a knowledge bank of QA/QC issues, case studies, and challenges.
- Ensure project quality management systems are implemented; review procedures, QC plans, and work instructions for adequacy.
- Ensure applicable codes, standards, specifications, and quality documents are available at relevant locations.
Precast safety responsibilities
- Support implementation of the EHS policy and integrated EHS management system for precast works.
- Develop project-specific guidelines and procedures, review precast safety risk assessments, and train site EHS staff.
- Monitor EHS performance and facilitate corrective and preventive actions.
- Establish, implement, and maintain emergency preparedness and response procedures.
Standardization and innovation
- Support standardization and modularization by collecting and analyzing organization-wide demands and challenges.
- Support innovative data collection and analysis options using IoT and AI.
