Role overview

Experienced and motivated Site Engineer role managing site execution, quality, safety, and coordination.

Work location is in person.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily construction activities according to approved drawings and method statements; coordinate foremen, technicians, and subcontractors.
  • Ensure work meets project specifications, quality standards, and approved drawings; coordinate inspections with consultants and QA/QC teams.
  • Prepare and follow up on Inspection Requests (IRs) and approvals; identify and promptly rectify snags and quality issues.
  • Coordinate with Senior and Planning Engineers to meet project schedules; prepare daily progress and manpower reports.
  • Assist with short-term planning and material requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with HSE and site safety requirements; monitor PPE usage and safe work practices.
  • Maintain site records, drawings, RFIs, daily logs, and project documentation; update as-built drawings when required.
  • Report site issues, delays, and constraints to management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a relevant engineering discipline.
  • Relevant experience as a Site Engineer in construction projects.
  • Good knowledge of construction drawings, site execution, QA/QC, and HSE requirements.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple site activities and meet project deadlines.
  • AutoCAD and MS Office knowledge are preferred.

Pay

  • AED 4,800–5,000 per month.
