Oversee civil construction activities and ensure quality, safety, and timely project execution.
Responsibilities
- Execute and supervise structural, finishing, and external civil works in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and method statements.
- Monitor site activities, report technical issues, supervise site and subcontractor teams, allocate daily tasks, and track productivity and progress.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, QA/QC teams, Planning, Senior Civil Engineers, consultants, clients, and internal departments.
- Conduct inspections and follow up on IRs, NCRs, snags, and inspection comments through closure.
- Prepare daily and weekly progress reports; assist with recovery plans when delays occur.
- Ensure HSE compliance and safe working practices; attend site meetings and provide technical input.
- Maintain site records, material logs, and daily reports; follow up on shop drawings, method statements, and material submittals.
- Assist with quantity take-offs, as-built documentation, and project handover.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Relevant experience in civil construction and site supervision.
- Good knowledge of construction drawings, QA/QC, and HSE requirements.
- Strong communication and coordination skills and ability to manage site teams and subcontractors.
- AutoCAD and MS Office knowledge is preferred.
Pay
- AED 7,000–8,000 per month.
