Role summary

Plan, coordinate, monitor, and optimize company resources across multiple projects and locations.

The role is suited to candidates with experience in telecom, contracting, construction, or a related industry.

Resource coordination

  • Plan, allocate, and monitor manpower, vehicles, equipment, tools, materials, and other resources according to project requirements.
  • Optimize available resources across projects, departments, and locations.
  • Coordinate staff deployment, transfers, replacements, and mobilization with HR, Recruitment, and Project Managers.
  • Monitor vehicle, machinery, and equipment availability, allocation, utilization, maintenance, and movement.
  • Track material availability, consumption, stock levels, and requirements.

Tracking, forecasting, and cost control

  • Monitor resource-related costs and identify cost-control and resource-utilization opportunities.
  • Maintain allocation trackers and prepare regular reports on manpower, equipment, vehicles, materials, and utilization.
  • Forecast upcoming resource requirements with Project Managers and PMO based on project plans and timelines.
  • Identify idle, underutilized, or excess resources and recommend redeployment.
  • Coordinate with HR, Procurement, Accounts, Administration, Warehouse, and project teams to provide resources on time and within approved budgets.

Qualifications

  • Relevant experience in telecom, contracting, construction, or a related industry.
  • Proven experience in resource management, resource planning, or project coordination.
  • Strong knowledge of manpower, equipment, vehicle, and material management.
  • Good skills in MS Excel or Google Sheets and resource tracking.
  • Strong coordination, planning, communication, and reporting skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and resource requirements simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • UAE experience is preferred.

  • Work location is in person.

Pay

  • The description lists pay of AED 5,000–6,000 per hour.
