Role overview

Find and win residential construction projects, mainly villas, G+4 buildings, and new projects starting from scratch.

Bring in leads, manage clients, negotiate deals, and hand projects to the execution team.

Key responsibilities

  • Find and win new villa, G+4 residential, and other construction projects.
  • Build relationships with landowners, developers, investors, architects, and consultants.
  • Generate leads through networking, references, site visits, and direct outreach.
  • Meet clients, present company capabilities, and follow up until deals close.
  • Coordinate with estimation to prepare quotations, BOQs, and proposals on time.
  • Negotiate prices, payment terms, and contracts; close deals.
  • Track upcoming projects, competitor pricing, and new plots or developments.
  • Hand over won projects to project and site teams; follow up on payments and variations.
  • Submit weekly and monthly reports on leads, quotations, and conversions.

Candidate requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Business Administration; a diploma with strong experience is also considered.
  • 3–8 years of construction business-development or sales experience, ideally in residential or villa projects.
  • Proven record bringing in and closing construction projects.
  • Strong UAE network of developers, landowners, consultants, or contractors.
  • Knowledge of local construction costs, approvals, and tendering or quotation processes.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to read drawings and understand BOQs is an advantage.
  • Own vehicle and valid driving license preferred.
  • Six years of UAE construction experience is preferred.

Pay and incentives

  • Salary is AED 10,000–12,000 per month, with performance-based commission.
