Process Automation Specialist

Role overview

Responsibilities and duties

• Design, develop, and maintain SharePoint-integrated web portals and business dashboards; develop responsive applications using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React, C#, and .NET.
• Integrate applications with SharePoint Lists and APIs for data read and write operations.
• Build interactive dashboards with charts, data grids, filters, reporting, and export functionality.
• Build digital forms, automated approval workflows, and structured business processes; configure access controls, landing pages, permissions, and secure portal experiences.
• Automate contract-term notifications, expiration alerts, and business communications.
• Create auditable correspondence and interaction records for investors and external stakeholders, including RTA and Dubai Municipality.
• Implement content approval processes with defined SLAs and workflow-status dashboards.
• Conduct data analysis and develop automated reporting and communication mechanisms.
• Support deployment, enhancements, troubleshooting, bug fixes, and ongoing system maintenance.
• Prepare technical and operational documentation and provide knowledge transfer to internal teams.
• Strengthen commercial controls, process visibility, traceability, and readiness for future system integration.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on SharePoint development experience, including SharePoint Lists and API integration.
• Front-end development capabilities using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and React; proficiency in C# and .NET development.
• Proven web portal and business dashboard development experience, including visualization, charts, grids, filtering, and reporting.
• Experience designing digital forms and workflow automation; practical experience with access controls, permissions, and application security.
• Understanding of data analysis, reporting, and automated communications; experience with deployment, enhancements, troubleshooting, maintenance, and bug resolution.
• Ability to document solutions, facilitate knowledge transfer, and translate commercial requirements into digital solutions in a transformation environment.
• Must be available to join immediately.

Compensation

• Pay is AED 11,000–15,000 per month.
