Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- At least four years of experience in high-rise building construction projects.
- Strong technical knowledge of civil, structural, and MEP works.
Site Supervision and Quality Control
- Monitor daily construction activities against approved drawings and specifications.
- Supervise structural, architectural, MEP, and finishing works on the high-rise building.
- Coordinate contractors, subcontractors, and consultants to maintain workflow.
- Check materials and workmanship against quality standards; inspect the site and report non-conformities to QA/QC.
- Verify alignment, levels, and elevations against the design.
Planning, Safety, and Reporting
- Assist the Project Manager with planning and scheduling; coordinate material supply with procurement and logistics.
- Attend progress meetings and provide project status updates.
- Ensure health and safety compliance, report hazards or incidents, and follow through on corrective action.
- Maintain progress, manpower, and material consumption records; update drawings and as-built documentation.
- Prepare progress and site-issue reports for senior management.
Compensation and Employment
- Full-time, permanent position.
- Pay is AED 7,000–12,000 per month.
