Tender preparation and coordination
- Prepare and circulate comparisons of contract reviews and tenders.
- Prepare tender bids and forward them to the Senior Estimator.
- Study tender specifications, drawings, and BOQs.
- Prepare tender information requests, send them to relevant teams, and follow up for necessary information.
- Prepare subcontractor lists for specific tenders and obtain management approval.
- Send enquiries to subcontractors and provide copies of tender drawings and relevant specifications.
- Take off quantities and prepare BOQs and other tender-submission documents.
- Correspond with consultants and authorities about tender-stage clarifications and discrepancies.
- Clarify subcontractor queries and follow up to obtain quotations.
- Review quotations for compliance with tender specifications and drawings, then prepare a subcontractor summary report.
- Arrange final tender submission.
Post-award review and site visit
- Visit the site for preliminary inspection and prepare a tender site-visit checklist.
- After contract award, check Dubai Municipality-approved drawings against tender drawings and prepare a tender contract comparison report.
Pay
- AED 15,000–17,000 per month.
