Nurse role supporting workers at a camp through first aid, medical coordination, records, and facility and supply upkeep.
Responsibilities
- Maintain daily worker sick records and share them with the camp secretary.
- Maintain first aid equipment and deliver basic first aid toolbox talks to laborers.
- Coordinate further treatment with the prime medical center, private hospitals, and government hospitals.
- Inform the senior camp medic and Admin and HR departments about medical cases and complaints.
- Provide first aid to injured and sick patients in the camp first aid room.
- Check medicine expiry dates and maintain the first aid box safety checklist.
- Maintain the contagious-disease isolation room, first aid room, and stock reports.
- Prepare medical reports for incidents, accidents, hospital admissions, and discharges.
- Prepare final workmen compensation claim papers for head office.
- Conduct regular pest-control checks.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in the same field.
- Diploma in Nursing required; a diploma is also listed as preferred.
- One year of nursing experience is preferred.
- Hindi and English required.
Compensation
- Full-time role paying AED 4,000–5,000 per month.
