Job Purpose
Develop, coordinate, review, and manage architectural BIM models throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure accurate BIM deliverables, coordination with structural and MEP disciplines, and compliance with project requirements and BIM standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain detailed architectural BIM models using Revit and relevant BIM software.
- Coordinate architectural models with structural, MEP, and other disciplines to identify and resolve clashes.
- Generate architectural drawings, plans, elevations, sections, schedules, and other documentation from BIM models.
- Review models and drawings for accuracy, completeness, constructability, and approved-design compliance.
- Participate in BIM coordination meetings and support resolution of design and construction issues.
- Incorporate approved changes and maintain version-controlled models, libraries, families, templates, and standards.
- Support BIM submissions, consultant and client approvals, site coordination, as-built models, and handover documentation.
- Ensure BIM activities comply with AIMS/QMS requirements, project procedures, and HSE requirements.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Minimum 2–5 years of relevant BIM or architectural coordination experience in construction.
- Strong Revit Architecture experience is mandatory.
- Navisworks Manage and BIM coordination experience is required.
- Strong knowledge of architectural construction drawings, details, materials, and construction methodologies.
- Experience coordinating with structural and MEP disciplines.
- Main contractor, large construction organization, high-rise, commercial, residential, hospitality, large-scale building, and UAE/GCC experience are preferred or advantageous.
Pay
- AED 4,000–8,000 per month.
