Lifting Supervisor

Key Responsibilities
- Review and implement lifting plans in line with approved procedures.
- Interpret crane load charts and verify lifting capacity, load weight, radius, and safe operating limits.
- Conduct site-specific risk assessments and ensure permit-to-work compliance.
- Supervise crane operators, riggers, and banksmen to ensure safe, efficient lifting operations.
- Inspect slings, hooks, shackles, and other lifting accessories against applicable safety and inspection requirements.
- Coordinate scheduled inspections and preventive maintenance of lifting equipment and machinery.
- Ensure HSE compliance, conduct toolbox talks, and stop lifting in unsafe conditions such as excessive wind or equipment defects.
- Maintain lifting records, equipment inspection reports, risk assessments, and other safety documentation.
Advantageous Certification
- LEEA certification is an added advantage, not a stated requirement.
Pay
- AED 2,500–8,000 per month.
Work Location
- Work is in person.
