Safety Supervisor supporting health, safety, and environmental matters across site activities.
Site safety responsibilities
- Assist the site HSEO and site supervisor with HSE issues related to site activities.
- Conduct daily walkarounds, report unsafe actions, unsafe conditions, and environmental issues, and coordinate rectification with the site supervisor.
- Check worker welfare facilities and PPE compliance; report deviations to the HSEO.
- Check that lifting equipment, tools, tackles, and firefighting equipment are inspected, maintained, and serviceable; report hazards and findings daily.
- Ensure proper signboards are used at the site and conduct HSE induction training for new staff.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 4,500–6,000 per month.
