Key Responsibilities
- Develop, review, and interpret lifting plans to ensure safe and efficient lifting operations.
- Read crane load charts and determine safe working loads and suitable equipment utilisation.
- Conduct site-specific risk assessments and ensure compliance with permit-to-work requirements.
- Supervise and coordinate crane operators, riggers, and banksmen during lifting activities.
- Inspect slings, hooks, shackles, and other lifting accessories and equipment for compliance with applicable standards and regulations such as LOLER.
- Plan and monitor preventive maintenance schedules for cranes and lifting equipment.
- Ensure strict compliance with HSE and lifting safety procedures.
- Monitor site and weather conditions and stop lifting operations when conditions are unsafe, including high winds or environmental hazards.
- Maintain records of lifting operations, inspections, risk assessments, permits, and maintenance activities.
Pay
- AED 2,500.00–8,000.00 per month.

- Work is in person.
Requirements
- Ability to develop, review, and interpret lifting plans for safe and efficient operations.
- Ability to read and interpret crane load charts and determine safe working loads and appropriate equipment utilisation.
- Ability to conduct site-specific risk assessments and comply with permit-to-work requirements.
- Knowledge of lifting accessory and equipment inspections, including compliance with applicable standards and regulations such as LOLER.
- Knowledge of HSE and lifting safety procedures.
