Setter role based in the Dubai office, in full-time permanent employment.
The role supports sales and customer acquisition for commercial photovoltaic projects.
Responsibilities
- Contact prospective customers by phone and in writing, and handle incoming inquiries.
- Conduct structured initial conversations, identify needs, and prequalify prospects using investment plans, budget, and timing.
- Present the company and its brokerage offering, arrange consultations, and hand qualified contacts to sales representatives.
- Maintain CRM records, send appointment confirmations and reminders, coordinate changes, and follow up on unanswered contacts, callbacks, and missed appointments.
- Coordinate with marketing and sales to improve lead and appointment quality, working toward targets for qualified and attended consultations.
Candidate profile
- Very good spoken and written German and good English are required.
- Strong communication, listening, questioning, follow-up, and objection-handling abilities are sought.
- A structured, independent, goal-oriented approach, careful customer-data handling, and teamwork are expected.
- Experience in telephone sales, appointment setting, customer service, and CRM use is advantageous, not required.
- Interest in sales, photovoltaics, and renewable energy is welcomed; career changers may apply.
