Role overview

Editorial and communications duties

• Research, create, and edit specialist articles, press releases, interviews, and company announcements.
• Write SEO-optimized web, blog, and landing-page copy; research keywords and align content with search intent and target audiences.
• Maintain a cross-channel editorial plan and create content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social platforms.
• Develop video formats, interview guides, scripts, and short presentation texts; participate in filming and edit clips and subtitles.
• Present topics on camera, conduct interviews, pitch stories to media, and maintain media contacts.
• Coordinate press inquiries and provide editorial coverage for events, projects, and company developments.
• Maintain consistent language and content quality; verify facts, sources, and usage rights and coordinate internal approvals.
• Analyze media response, content reach, and SEO and social media metrics; collaborate with marketing, specialist departments, and management.

Candidate profile

• Completed degree in journalism.
• Professional experience in an editorial office, journalism, press work, or corporate communications.
• Established media and editorial contacts, particularly in the German-speaking region.
• Excellent German and good English for research and international collaboration.
• Practical SEO writing, keyword research, heading structure, metadata, and internal linking experience.
• Experience creating and managing social media content.
• Experience planning, recording, and editing videos, including subtitles; confidence presenting on camera and conducting interviews.
• Confident use of content management systems and common office applications.
• Experience with content and video tools such as Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro, or comparable programs.
• Structured and independent working style, reliability with deadlines, and discretion with confidential information.
• Knowledge of business, energy, finance, or sustainability topics is advantageous.
