Aufgaben
- Contribute to financial plans, budgets, and forecasts; prepare liquidity overviews and track expected cash inflows and outflows.
- Prepare and analyze revenue, costs, and financial results; produce regular reports for management and investigate variances against plans.
- Analyze brokerage revenue and commissions with sales and accounting; coordinate receivables, liabilities, and payment status.
- Coordinate with contract administration to capture financial contract data and due dates.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closings; compile and reconcile data and prepare materials for tax advisers and auditors.
- Maintain financial data and clear documentation; help improve and digitize finance processes.
Ihr Profil
- Completed commercial training, a business or finance degree, or a comparable qualification.
- Practical experience in finance, accounting, or controlling; knowledge of commercial and financial processes.
- Experience preparing and analyzing financial data; understanding of budgets, liquidity, and cash flows.
- Very good Excel skills and confident use of Microsoft Office.
- Experience with financial software or ERP systems is advantageous.
- Knowledge of UAE accounting and tax regulations is advantageous.
- Very good German and good English, written and spoken.
- Analytical, structured, careful working style; detail accuracy and reliability with numbers.
- Able to explain financial matters clearly; teamwork, discretion, and responsibility.
